Yuyao Tongyun Heavy Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999, modern technology, advanced equipment and professional mold manufacturers. Located in the high-speed development Yangtze River Delta, convenient location, close to Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway, Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo railway.
After years development, the company now located more than 30,000 square meters, plant area more than 20,000 square meters, the company has been committed to the advanced equipment, 30 sets of 16-1250T punching machine, 21 sets of 500-4700KN injection machine, 1420 bending center, laser robot welding platform, professional metal products cleaning line and other equipment and facilities. At present, there are three main workshops, sheet metal stamping workshop, plastic injection workshop, mold workshop.
The company now has a professional team, for domestic and foreign customers, design and manufacture injection molding, stamping, drawing, progressive and other types molds, and follow the European standard, the United States standard, able to provide LKM, DME, HASCO, STAUBLE, STL standard mold and mold parts. The primary products are automotive metal parts, plastic parts (bumper, interior parts, filter assembly), household appliances, office supplies, home appliances full assembling set (OEM), etc., able to provide customers with product design, mold development, high volume production and other support services.

In November 1990, the founder of Tongyun Mould, Mr. Zhang Yunlong founded Yuyao Tongyun Mould workshop with RMB 5000, Which was only 40m2 in size and was the predecessor of Tongyun Mould
Through many years of hard work, Turnover increased rapidly. Mr. Zhang Yunlong founded and registered the Yuyao Tongyun Heavy Duty Mould Manufacture Co.,Ltd in 1997 and the company move into new site at No.115 Jinxing Road with 800m2 workshop and consume a number of mould making, such as injection mould and stamping mould
Based on good trust and qualified mould products of Tongyun mould, customers were crowed into Tongyun mould, and the large production, Mr. Zhang Yunlong determined to build a standard factory.
In August 2000, Tongyun mould moves into this standard factory, which occupied 4000㎡ and Tongyun mould was on the way to development, during this period the stamping mould come to repaid development, and become one of back-ups of Tongyun.
ince Tongyun Moved into this standard factory, she enhance herself on technology and key equipments, turnover double and double, meanwhile she consumed orders from aboard, through years of development. Up to 2005, the foreign order took up half of total turnover. Under such condition, Mr. Zhang Yunlong start the plan of “ new Tongyun, new start”. The core mission of this plan is to build new factory. In April 2007，the new factory was finished. Tongyun mould moved into the new factory in October 2007. The size of new factory is up to 30000 ㎡，including 20000 ㎡ workshop. meanwhile, bigger and more precise moulding equipment will be introduced into the new factory. By that time, Tongyun mould would stand on the new point and started her journey to another success.
